Annika is a leadership consultant and coach with 25 years of practical experience in training, lecturing and coaching employees and management teams in intercultural communication and leadership.

Born in Liberia, with parents from the US and Sweden, and having lived and worked in France, she has developed an understanding of how cultural differences affect us, our leadership and the way we communicate. Annika has a distinctive ability to analyse and understand intercultural groups and situations. Together she shapes and provides business-focused solutions and tools needed for better communication and successful leadership in multicultural organisations.

Reni Lummo, Chief Operating Officer ISS

Young leader driven to create customer value and joy in a business made up of staff from different backgrounds and cultural differences. Reni is responsible for 54 service employees in a geographical area.
Originally from Bulgaria and living in Sweden since 2008. Reni has been working as a cleaner for 11 years and 
was recruited as a team leader for ISS in 2018 and became the Operations Manager in 2019. Internally, she has had the opportunity to mentor other Operations Managers who started their journey within ISS after Reni.
