Activities

To raise awareness and commitment to diversity and inclusion issues, a wide range of activities are carried out. These are divided into four parts, monthly Learning Fridays, Regional Member Meetings and the two annual activities Diversity Month and Signatory event. The activities are in the form of physical, digital and hybrid. Everything is done by and for our members.

Our activities

Learning Fridays

Our Learning Fridays sessions have a predetermined theme with interesting and knowledgeable participants. Interactivity takes place via chat. They are held seven times a year, on the last Friday of the month. The Learning Fridays are subsequently published on our Youtube channel.

Regional meetings

At our regional meetings, you have great opportunities for in-depth discussions in small groups with representatives of other companies/organisations with similar challenges and conditions. Currently held in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. Approximately two meetings per semester per location.

Diversity Month

Every year in May, Diversity Month is celebrated across the EU. We call on companies and organisations across Europe to join us and the European Commission in shining a spotlight on the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and in society. The latter by organising events and activities throughout the month.

Signatory Event

This year's big diversity and inclusion event where we welcome/sign up new members and have a seminar with renowned and interesting speakers. The activity is a hybrid variant where you can choose to participate physically or digitally.

Next level

Gives you the opportunity to participate in in-depth workshops with a professional facilitator on inclusion work to create lasting change and increased organisational benefit. With the professional support of an inclusion expert, you will take your work to the next level, creating increased impact and change in the organisation.

EU Commission activities through the EU Platform

The European Commission organises digital workshops and seminars on their reports and directives. There are also opportunities to participate in other Charters' seminars and to be invited to physical EU meetings in Brussels. The European Commission's activities are in English.
