In response to requests from our members, we are now offering, for the first time, Diversity Charter Sweden’s Basic Training in Diversity, Equality & Inclusion – a full-day course designed exclusively for our member organisations. For those of you who wish to gain a solid foundation and practical tools.

We have now organised parts of the Knowledge Bank’s content according to different roles in the workplace. We have created three learning journeys.

Understanding what diversity and inclusion in the workplace entail, and how you can put this into practice, is important for success at work. This is essential both for building support for and driving forward the work on diversity and inclusion.

Three companies have been named winners of the Diversity Charter Sweden Awards 2026. The awards recognise courageous and successful initiatives promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The prizes were presented at the Signatory Event in Stockholm on 29 September.
