Cem Celepli Atci, founder and CEO of Allbry, is a social entrepreneur and former school counsellor. With his strong commitment to children's mental health, he has developed a digital service, Allbry, to increase access to school health services.
Johan Oljeqvist, CEO of Fryshuset gives us the background and the problem. Fryshuset is aimed at all young people and focuses in particular on those living in exclusion. They believe that everyone can succeed and is worth a second chance.
Youssef Jarjour starts from his "journey" as a job seeker with 1000s of applications before he finally got a job at Novare. A job that in turn has led to Youseff now working in recruitment at Randstad. There he works actively to create an inclusive workplace by developing and implementing new solutions.
Business examples
Anders Egelrud, CEO of Stockholm Exergi tells us about their warming up jobs, which aims to increase the employment of marginalised people. A warm-up job is a six-month fixed-term contract, which in turn leads to a desirable line in the CV and new contacts to move on in the labour market.
Sarah Pettersson head of Stena Fastigheter's social sustainability work in Stockholm and Uppsala, will give examples of how they work with inclusive recruitment through various labour market initiatives.
