Sweden is considered one of the most secularised countries in the world, where faith is a private matter. This is also reflected in working life. How does it affect practising religious people, their sense of inclusion and the employer's ability to unlock the full potential of all employees? How much can and should employers adapt the workplace for different religious expressions?

Among other things, he is a member of the Nordic Council of Ministers' expert group on integration and was previously a business policy expert in social sustainability at the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.

She is a Polish-Swedish journalist and commentator. Former columnist at Aftonbladet and Dagens Samhälle. Anna is a liberal commentator.

He has many years' experience of leading and training Sweden's leading organisations in diversity and inclusion issues. Twice named one of Sweden's best managers in the field of diversity, among other things.
