1. What would you like to contribute to the Diversity Charter Sweden Board?
- My background and work experience in both India and Sweden means that I can contribute with my insights into how diversity and inclusion work in reality and what is important to be able to get an effect from these initiatives.
2. Why should a company join Diversity Charter Sweden?
- Diversity and inclusion is not an easy issue that all companies can fully solve on their own. There is a need for broad cooperation that creates the conditions for finding different solutions, building expertise and, not least, that all these efforts that lead to increased competitiveness for the companies overtime. Here, Diversity Charter Sweden plays an important role by helping companies with the right knowledge on the subject.
3. Unexpected feature?
- Fluent in five languages. Learned Swedish relatively quickly.
