1. What would you like to contribute to the Diversity Charter Sweden Board?

- I want to contribute with my and DNB's strong commitment to diversity and inclusion issues. I also have extensive experience in driving strategy work and translating it into practice. My driving force is to constantly improve and implement things that matter - qualities and experiences that I hope will also be useful in the Diversity Charter.

2. Why should a company join Diversity Charter Sweden?

- There are few companies today that don't say they are working on diversity and inclusion, and I think most management and boards have realised the business benefits of having a diverse workforce. However, many are still struggling to get there. The Diversity Charter offers exactly that - knowledge and experience sharing between companies and organisations and also an international perspective that is so important for large parts of the Swedish business community. In my opinion, a company should not be able to say that it is seriously working with diversity and inclusion if it is not a member of the Diversity Charter!

3. Unexpected feature?

- I love dancing and have in my youth danced both ballet and Latin and standard dances. Today I settle for classes that include choreography at the gym and a disco dance floor when there is a party 😊.
