1. What would you like to contribute to the Diversity Charter Sweden Board?

- I have a personal goal to ensure that Swedish society is represented in companies in all its forms. We can only make this possible by daring to take more conscious risks within organisations to create innovative power where different perspectives are represented. My biggest driving force right now and over the years as a leader has been to succeed in seeing the connection between running a modern inclusive leadership and achieving better results through it. My hope is that I can contribute to more organisations in Sweden being able to see this connection and thus ensure that the issue of diversity has a place in the management team, is built into the culture and thus contributes to the power of innovation.

2. Why should a company join Diversity Charter Sweden?

- Being a member of the Diversity Charter gives companies a great opportunity to learn from and network with other companies in Sweden on diversity and inclusion. It enables your company to immerse yourself in D&I both locally and at the European level. It will help you as a company to create greater local impact and strengthen your brand in Sweden. The Diversity Charter also gives you the opportunity to meet many of your customers in a strategic forum and share experiences and ideas on how we can make Sweden more equal and how we can drive innovation together.

3. Unexpected feature?

- I have a passion for music and dance, and have been a DJ once upon a time
