1. What would you like to contribute to the Diversity Charter Sweden Board?

- My commitment to diversity and inclusion of course, as well as a solid experience of board work.

2. Why should a company join Diversity Charter Sweden?

- For knowledge acquisition and networking. More and more people are realising the links between diversified workplaces and profitability, we need to be more disseminators of such facts. It is a waste of resources to leave people outside the labour market because of age, ethnicity or gender, for example. Diversity and inclusion are pure business benefit and a social responsibility.

3. Unexpected feature?

- I'm very musical and I'm really good at whistling.
