Do you have a proposal or idea that you want the Annual General Meeting to consider? Then it's time to submit your motion!
A motion is a proposal submitted by a member to the annual meeting. It can be anything from changes to the statutes to new activities or other improvements for Diversity Charter Sweden.
In order for the motion to be considered at the Annual Meeting, it must be received by the Board no later than 17 February - 30 days before the annual meeting. The motion should be sent to info@diversitycharter.se
The Board reviews all motions, but it is at the Annual General Meeting that members decide on the proposals.
Make sure you send in your motions on time!
