64 % of menopausal women experience symptoms, and 25 % say it affects their work. This makes menopause an important issue for all businesses and organisations - both at management level and for employees.

Apotek Hjärtat has actively worked to make its operations menopause-proof and has created a training course that it shares with other organisations. The aim is to provide more organisations with tools to make their operations menopause-proof.

For the past two years, Partille Municipality has implemented a wellness programme focusing on menopause. The initiative includes lectures, personal counselling from specialist nurses and guidance to primary care - all carried out during paid working hours.
