1. What would you like to contribute to the Diversity Charter Sweden Board?

– I hope to contribute through a strong interest in Diversity and Inclusion, but also because I come with many years of experience and knowledge from the industry, a generally male-dominated and rather homogeneous sector with some challenges in the D&I area.

2. Why should a company join Diversity Charter Sweden?

- To get inspiration and concrete tips on how to promote an inclusive work environment that welcomes diversity in everyday life to attract and retain talent. 

3. Unexpected feature?

- He is good at Christmas rhymes, which also comes in handy at work.
