On 20 March, the business profile Åsa Nilsson Billme, Head of Business Diversity & Inclusion at Nordea, was made an honorary member at Diversity Charter Sweden's annual meeting. In the justification, the board writes, among other things, that Åsa Nilsson Billme "has played a decisive role in Sweden having a national Diversity Charter".

With visions far ahead of her time and with persistent work and commitment, she contributed to laying the foundation for the strong actor in diversity and inclusion that Diversity Charter Sweden is today," says Petra Karmteg, Chair of Diversity Charter Sweden.
Diversity Charter Sweden has already appointed Margareta Eklund as an honorary member. Common to these two honorary members is a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion with a focus on business strategy and sustainable business and social development.
