Record number of Swedish Diversity Month activities           

Of this year's total of 270 registered Diversity Month activities across the EU, 28 activities (19 activities in 2023) are Swedish.

We know that this is only a fraction of the exciting and educational activities that you have carried out to highlight inclusive working life, but as in the past, we have chosen to highlight the registered activities on our social channels.  

One more big gold star:
Svenska mässan/Gothia Towers, DLA Piper, Handelsbanken, Stockholm Exergi, DNB Bank, Fastigo, Almi, Ambea, BBi communication, BNP Paribas.

  • Stockholm Exergi went "all in" and organised five internal seminars.
  • Fastigo awarded property owners for "successful outcome of diversity and inclusion work"
  • DNB Sweden went the extra mile to increase the knowledge and awareness of its employees about diversity and inclusion. Nya Kompisbyrån and Perspetivo presented the report "Integrationspulsen", which gave employees more knowledge about how people who came to Sweden between 1980-2024 experience their integration process, as well as a lunchtime lecture on the climate theme.
  • DLA Piper Sweden celebrated Diversity Month including producing a film with some of their amazing staff in the Stockholm office that really reflects diversity, as well as a breakfast meeting to get to know each other and a party focused on inclusion/diversity.
  • Almi invited to the seminar "Diversity and inclusion - business success or myth"
  • Ambea raised the important issue of "how we as human beings and in our professional role can meet and support women with ADHD and autism during pregnancy and in their maternity" through an open webinar.
  • BBi Communication is marking World Day for Cultural Diversity by inviting you to an interactive webinar.
  • The Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre/Gothia Towers celebrated Diversity Month by highlighting the more than 40 different nationalities represented in their workplace in several ways. 
  • BNP Paribas offices in Oslo, Helsinki, Copenhagen and Stockholm organised a diversity race in the city centres to raise awareness of the value of diversity and inclusion.
  • In several locations, Handelsbanken employees have met weekly during Diversity Month to take a walk, discuss inclusion and diversity and get to know each other.
