1. What would you like to contribute to the Diversity Charter Sweden Board?
– Firstly, I have a large and strong global organisation on these issues behind me in ISS Facility Services where I can draw on a lot of knowledge and experience. As for me personally, I hope to contribute with great commitment, curiosity and hopefully some knowledge. However, I go into this with great humility. The more I learn about this, the more I realise how big and complex the topics can be.
2. Why should a company join Diversity Charter Sweden?
- We have only been a member for a few months and we already realise what a great network this is for sharing different experiences and creativity on these issues. However, what has impressed me most so far are all the invited guests who lecture to us on various topics and also supplement with research, facts and conclusions. This gives enormous power to management teams and boards.
