How do we ensure a bias-free and inclusive recruitment process?

This topic is one of our recurring themes in Friday School. Recruitment is the key to increasing diversity in an organisation, and there are many traps to fall into when it comes to recruitment. But there are ways to take control and promote bias-free recruitment to reach a more diverse pool of candidates.
