Diversity Month

May is European Diversity Month, celebrated across the EU. We invite companies and organisations across Europe to join us and the European Commission in shining a spotlight on the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and in society, by organising events and activities throughout May.
We cannot know where we are going without first knowing where we are.
Therefore, the overall theme for Diversity Month 2023 will be 'assessing diversity and inclusion in the workplace'.
