1. What would you like to contribute to the Diversity Charter Sweden Board?
– Through my HR experience and having been active in a number of different different industries, I hope to be able to contribute a perspective that can take us forward. Of course, I want to be involved in pushing the continuing agenda as there is so much left to do.
2. Why should a company join Diversity Charter Sweden?
– Because I am convinced that no company or organisation can achieve the necessary change all by itself. This is something we all need to push for inspiration and knowledge, and a good network is crucial.
3. Unexpected feature?
– My interest in music has made me very good at music quizzes.
