Discrimination on the basis of ethnic origin, skin colour or religion still remains high in Europe. Antisemitism and hatred against Muslims are unfortunately still common in the EU. And although 84% of the world’s population identifies with a religious group, only minority of organisations have religion inclusive policies in place.
Swedish participation, Diversity Charter Sweden member Jobbentrén
How is the European Commission stepping up its efforts for more inclusive societies and workplaces? How do we raise awareness and educate ourselves and our employees? How can we form bridges with different stakeholders? How can we construct workplaces that represent diversity in our society? How can organisations build antiracist and religiously inclusive workplaces?
Join the discussion and share your experience with the European Commission coordinators on combating racism, anti-Muslim hatred and antisemitism, and companies in Europe.
