Discrimination on the basis of ethnic origin, skin colour or religion still remains high in Europe. Antisemitism and hatred against Muslims are unfortunately still common in the EU. And although 84% of the world’s population identifies with a religious group, only minority of organisations have religion inclusive policies in place.

How is the European Commission stepping up its efforts for more inclusive societies and workplaces? How do we raise awareness and educate ourselves and our employees?
