Swedish Finns Day is celebrated on 24 February and aims to highlight the history, culture and language of the Swedish-Finnish minority. The Swedish Finns are the largest of Sweden's five national minorities. The day began to be recognised in 2011 and has been an official day in the Swedish calendar since 2013.
