How do we create an inclusive labour market for all?

May marks European Diversity Month across the EU, an initiative of the European Commission that emphasises the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and in society. This year's theme is ”Building inclusive labour market for all”. An inclusive work environment must be free from discrimination, both in terms of recruitment processes and opportunities to develop.

The Pep Hour on 13 March will provide you with inspiration, concrete tools and a review of EU materials to help your organisation participate. A good opportunity to bring your communicators! We'll share practical tips and ideas on how to boost diversity efforts and create engagement in the workplace.

This is what you get:

  • Review of EU materials and campaign tools
  • Concrete tips to strengthen diversity work
  • Inspiration for workplace activities
