Friday Knowledge - Knowledge Bank 2.0 - support in practical diversity and inclusion work

We are now taking the next step in how we support you, our members, in your work on diversity, equality and inclusion.
Diversity Charter Sweden is now launching Knowledge Bank 2.0 - a place for quality-assured knowledge, guidance and in-depth analysis on gender equality, diversity and inclusion issues. The content builds on the support that our members have asked for over the years and is developed to make DEI work more accurate. It provides our members with analyses, concepts, research and concrete support to help them navigate the field and build a sustainable structure.
During this Friday Knowledge:
- We will walk you through how the Knowledge Bank 2.0 can be used as a living support in creating an inclusive workplace.
- Gain perspective on why access to quality-assured, peer-reviewed knowledge is crucial for serious and sustainable work on inclusion.
- We provide you with inspiration on how knowledge replenishment works as a strategic part of management, governance and practice.
- Get examples of practical work on diversity and inclusion by our member organisation Länsförsäkringar AB.
Welcome to a discussion on how collective knowledge and a well thought-out structure can support work on diversity and inclusion.
