The meeting will be held in a hybrid format, so you can join either on-site at member host Cirio Advokatbyrå in Stockholm or online/Teams.

Motions for the Annual General Meeting must be received by the Board no later than 17 February, as well as nominations for the Nomination Committee.

2. Election of the chair of the meeting 
3. Election of the secretary of the meeting 
4. Adoption of the voting list for the meeting 
5. Election of persons to verify the minutes  
6. Election of tellers 
7. Question whether the meeting is duly convened 
8. Adoption of the agenda 
9. The Board of Directors' activity and management report for the last financial year
10. The audit report for the financial year 
11. Decision on retained earnings
12. Adoption of the balance sheet
13. Discharge of the members of the Board of Directors for the period covered by the audit 
14. Determination of membership fees for the next financial year 
15. Adoption of the programme of activities and consideration of the budget (including the provisional budget) for the coming financial year 
16. Election of the President of the Association for a term of two (2) years 
17. Election of the other members of the Board for a period of two (2) years 
18. Election of alternates for a period of one (1) year 
19. Election of auditors and deputy auditors for a period of two (2) and one (1) year respectively
20. Adoption of guidelines for the work of the Nomination Committee during the next period
