Signatory Event 2025, 22 Oct, 14:30-17:00 - The big diversity and inclusion event of the year

The Signatory Event is the occasion when we officially welcome our new members, have time to mingle with each other and listen to inspiring speakers.

This year's theme: Mental health and well-being at work

Continuing on the theme of Diversity Month, we're digging deeper into mental health and wellbeing at work, a topic that affects us all! Extra excitingly, Diversity Charter Sweden is celebrating 15 years this year! With that, it is particularly fitting that the first award ceremony for our newly established award DCS Award - You won't want to miss it! 

Speakers:

  • Evin Cetin - lawyer, author and founder of SAO Jobs. She has also written the books Mitt Ibland oss (2023) and Barnsoldater (2025) about children in gang crime. Together with Caroline Berg, CEO of Axel Johnson, she founded Next Generation Sweden and developed the SAO jobs employment model.
  • Hanna Wallensteen - psychologist, psychotherapist and lecturer. Hanna has extensive experience in issues related to norms, inclusion and minority stress. She runs a clinic in Stockholm where she meets clients from different backgrounds and industries for management support, counselling and psychotherapy.
  • Nina Larsson - Sweden's new Minister for Gender Equality and Labour. She will be the award presenter at the Signatory Event.
  • Per Wallentin - President and CEO of Knowit AB. His commitment has been recognised in connection with Knowit receiving the Allbright Prize.
  • Mr Daniel Cueto - Inclusion Manager at Right by Me. He is 19 years old and passionate about mental health issues, often engaging in conversations around the importance of belonging and the effects of segregation.
  • Abdirahman Jewellery - inclusion leader at Right By Me. She is 17 years old and in her second year of secondary school. Interested in issues related to segregation and gang crime.
  • Mr Viktor Frisk - artist and author who, with honesty, warmth and humour, shares his journey from bullying and mental illness to self-acceptance and authenticity. His lectures inspire openness and show the way to safer schools and workplaces where people dare to be themselves.
  • The RiskGroup - was founded during the pandemic by nine “risk groupers”, women who are now aged between 70 and 87. With energy, humour and strength, they have danced their way into the hearts of audiences on stage after stage, such as TV4's Talang.
  • Måns Liljenlov - works as Employer Brand Manager & Relations Manager at PwC Sweden and is our moderator during the afternoon.
