Friday Knowledge - How do we menopause-proof the workplace - what can companies and organisations do?

64 % of menopausal women experience symptoms, and 25 % say it affects their work. This makes menopause an important issue for all businesses and organisations - both at management level and for employees.

We discuss how companies and organisations can menopause-proof the workplace to support employees through this phase of their lives and reduce work-related problems.
