Överlämning manifest 2025 Bryssel

Renewed manifesto for the Diversity Charter 2025

During the EU Diversity Month opening ceremony in Brussels on 29 April, the 27 EU Diversity Charters - including Diversity Charter Sweden - renewed their collective commitment to a Europe that leaves no one behind. The manifesto was handed over to Ms Irena Moozova, Deputy Director-General of DG Justice & Consumer

🔹 We advocate for a Union of Equality, where human rights, social cohesion and non-discrimination are political priorities.

🔹 We are strengthening our support for the European Commissioner for Gender Equality and Strategies for Women's Rights, LGBTI+ people, people with disabilities, Roma and other vulnerable groups.

🔹 We call on all Member States to unblock the horizontal directive that aims to protect against discrimination outside the workplace.

🔹 We continue to promote good DEI practices in organisations, with more than 17,500 signatories and 17 million people affected across Europe.

📢 Now more than ever, it's time to act - for a fairer, more diverse and truly inclusive Europe.
