Morning training in May - kick-start your day with energy!

Morning training during European Diversity Month
Are you a member of United Spaces? During the month of May, Diversity Charter Sweden invites you to three energising morning sessions that will help you kick-start your day with movement, strength and community.
What awaits you?
We'll warm up together, do eight Tabata intervals focusing on strength and stability, and finish with a nice cool down. The workout is effective, fun and adaptable to your own level.
For whom?
Everyone is welcome! Whether you're a beginner, an experienced exerciser or somewhere in between, you can join in and get a lot out of the sessions.
Leaders:
Anna Carlsson Sigstedt, Secretary General of Diversity Charter Sweden and experienced group training instructor with over 20 years of experience.

Roof terrace on the 2nd floor (exit from the members' kitchen)
After the training:
Showers are available on floors 1 and 2 and in the fitness centre. Towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner are available to borrow. After your workout you will be offered a delicious breakfast buffet.
