Friday special: Election year and policy hearing on inclusive labour market

What are the policy proposals for a more inclusive labour market - and what do they mean for employers?
In the election year, we invite you to a special ”Friday Knowledge” where we bring together representatives from the parliamentary parties for a policy hearing on labour market, inclusion and skills supply.
Welcome to the programme Tuesday 26 May from 13.30 to 14.30!
The starting point is a current challenge: while many employers are struggling to find the right skills, many people are outside the labour market. How can policy contribute to closing this gap? And what are the responsibilities of employers, policy-makers and individuals?
During the call, we will address topics such as:
- How is work on the grounds of discrimination prioritised in working life?
- What concrete policy measures can strengthen labour market matching?
- How can we work together to contribute to a more equal and inclusive labour market?
You will be exposed to different policy perspectives, concrete reasoning and an opportunity to better understand how labour market issues may evolve in the future.
