Member Lunch Gothenburg - An inclusive labour market

An inclusive labour market - vision or reality?
May is EU Diversity Month across Europe, and this year's theme is ”an inclusive labour market for all”. We invite you to a members' lunch on this theme - an opportunity to come together and discuss issues that affect us all: skills supply, inclusion and the future of the labour market. Many organisations are already working actively to broaden recruitment and make use of available skills. At the same time, there are challenges. Regulations, structures and established working methods can sometimes make the work more difficult and limit the scope for action.
This Members' Lunch is a forum to:
- Share what we do today
- Highlighting opportunities and barriers
- Exchanging experiences and ideas
- Discuss what is needed to help more people find their way into the labour market - while meeting skills needs.
Agenda:
11.30 - Knowit, finalists in DCS Awards 2025 in the long-term category, welcomes and gives a company presentation focusing on internal diversity and inclusion work
