The Package will consist of guidelines and practises developed jointly with relevant stakeholders (European Agency for Safety and Health at Work, European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training, Public Employment Services Network, and through the Disability Platform). It will cover all stages of employment, including recruitment, reasonable accommodation, alternative employment models and transition to the open labour market. Employers, employers' associations and public authorities are its main addresses. The Package will support Member States in enhancing inclusive labour markets with a view to the supply and the demand side. It will contribute to fostering skills and competences, social inclusion, combatting poverty and promoting equal opportunities.
