| Diversity Charter Sweden is taking the next step towards regional meetings in more cities. As several of our member organisations are represented in Jönköping, we want to start a regional group there. With the goal of organising regional meetings in Jönköping! What is a regional meeting? Here you and your colleagues have the opportunity for in-depth small group discussions on the Friday Knowledge theme, with representatives from other companies/organisations with similar challenges and conditions. Where? The meetings are exclusively physical meetings at a member organisation. They are currently organised in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. Number? Approximately two to three physical meetings per term. For whom? All our meetings are organised by and for our members, therefore we want to start a planning group in Jönköping to get started. The planning group is those who plan two to three physical meetings per term. Usually the whole group is involved in the planning and then the physical meeting is with a member. The group is responsible for hosting the meeting and ensuring that there are exciting small group discussions. No prior knowledge is required. Key considerations for success - - That you are a group of three to four people running the regional group. - That Diversity Charter Sweden is the organiser. - Your main task is to ensure that you create inclusive meetings where everyone has a voice. Diversity Charter Sweden Secretariat Invitations to your regional meetings will be sent by the Diversity Charter Sweden secretariat. We cover any food costs. Sometimes the host is able to pay for any food costs. Digital start-up meeting You are invited to a digital start-up meeting on Wednesday 31 January at 15:30-16:30 where we will tell you more. Feel free to invite your other colleagues who you also think would like to get involved. The meeting will be attended by our Secretary General Anna Carlsson Sigstedt and the Regional Group's board representative Caroline Liwång, Handelsbanken. Spread the information to your colleagues.
