1. What would you like to contribute to the Diversity Charter Sweden Board?

Diversity, equity and inclusion have always been close to my heart, both professionally and personally. I hope that my drive to constantly improve and make a difference, together with my commitment, curiosity and strategic skills, will be put to good use in the Diversity Charter.

2. Why should a company join Diversity Charter Sweden?

Diversity and inclusion benefit people, businesses and society. Companies that are part of the Diversity Charter operate in an environment where different perspectives, innovation and creativity are valued and celebrated. They also gain access to a wider network that works towards a more inclusive work environment, where everyone has the opportunity to develop and contribute.

3. Unexpected feature?

I grew up in Singapore where I started working as an actor and singer at the age of 12. I worked in television, film, theatre, commercials and musicals. And I have had the privilege of continuing my craft here in Sweden through various projects and performances.
