The idea is to explore the interplay between the reality of changing workplaces (technology, generations, diversity, skills, green and digital transitions, remote/hybrid working, work-life balance, etc.) and diversity and inclusion policies, and how these can be tools to address the challenges and create opportunities in the context of the changing world of work.
