1. What would you like to contribute to the Diversity Charter Sweden Board?

In the work of the Board, I particularly want to contribute perspectives and my own lessons on how diversity and inclusion are integrated into a very broad and multifaceted sports movement. It is a given perspective in our everyday life and future strategies to be relevant and equipped for the future.

2. Why should a company join Diversity Charter Sweden?

Because it is a powerful way to take responsibility in a world that is challenging in many different ways. Membership provides knowledge, inspiration and an important context for developing work on diversity and inclusion, together with others, in a broad network.
