Here are the winners of the Diversity Charter Sweden Awards!
Now it's decided! Three organisations have been named winners of this year's Diversity Charter Sweden Awards - an award that highlights bold and successful initiatives for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
The awards were presented for the first time on 22 October at the Signatory Event 2025, where Nina Larsson, Minister for Gender Equality, presented the awards to the winners:
- TNG in the category Long-term
- SPP in the category Innovative thinking
- Publicis Groupe Sweden in the category Mental Health
The aim of the Diversity Charter Sweden Awards is to highlight organisations that are leading the way - with concrete initiatives that make a real difference for people in workplaces around Sweden.
Three categories - a winner in each
One winner has been selected in each of the categories of Long-termism, Innovation and this year's special Mental Health Award. The initiatives range from new ideas and long-term strategies to targeted actions for a more inclusive working life.
The nine finalists were:
Category Long term: Ambea, Knowit, TNG
Category New thinking: Hilti, SPP, SSAB
Special Award 2025, Mental Health: Essity, IKEA, Publicis Groupe Sweden

How the grants were assessed
The jury assessed all entries on the basis of the criteria of innovation, impact and engagement, and the opportunity for others to be inspired and learn.
- "Inclusion often gets less attention than it deserves. By highlighting good examples, we want to shift the focus - from problems to opportunities," says Anna Carlsson Sigstedt, Secretary General of Diversity Charter Sweden.
