1. What would you like to contribute to the Diversity Charter Sweden Board?

I want to contribute with a business and organisational perspective on diversity and inclusion work, where the issues are linked to how organisations work in everyday life. In my role, I encounter these issues as a natural part of strategy, leadership and working methods. In my board work, I also see an important context for joint learning and for jointly developing the Diversity Charter's role as a relevant and credible platform for the business community.

2. Why should a company join Diversity Charter Sweden?

Being a member of Diversity Charter Sweden is a clear way to demonstrate that diversity and inclusion is a strategic issue that contributes to business value and sustainable development. Membership provides access to a network for learning and exchanging experiences, and support in translating ambitions into concrete working methods. The Diversity Charter thus serves as a platform for inspiration, learning and practical development.

3. Unexpected feature?

I have learnt how to project manage the renovation of an entire house.
