Friday Knowledge - Theme: LGBTQ+ at work - what role does company policy and legislation play in promoting LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace?

Including LGBTQ+ people at work and challenging harmful norms is not only the right thing to do - it's also good for business. Research has shown that companies that are more inclusive and diverse tend to be more successful and innovative. So by working to create a more inclusive workplace, we can help create a more successful and productive organisation. Is your organisation LGBTQ+ inclusive?

We will share knowledge and insights from experts and Diversity Charter Sweden members.

This Friday knowledge will be interspersed with posts in both English and Swedish.
