By-election for alternate to The Board of Diversity Charter Sweden
Diversity Charter Sweden is looking for one new alternate to the board for the remainder of the term of office. The by-election will take place weat the extraordinary annual general meeting on 27 August 2026.
This is a role for someone who wewill contribute experience, perspective and strategic insight oneinvolvement in a network that brings together employers who weTo promote diversity and inclusion to one the true strength of the organisation.
The deadline for nominations is 30 June!
Diversity Charter Sweden brings together companies and organisations that weTo create an inclusive working environment. As a member of the board you’ll have the chance to influence the direction of things, both in Sweden and within the EU’s extensive network of over 17,000 member organisations.
Who are you?
Diversity Charter Sweden is located in one an exciting phase of development. In recent years, both our membership numbers and our range of services have grown, and in September we will we as part of our efforts to shape our newA three-year strategy to take us to the next level.
To supplement the boardWe are looking for candidates with a wide range of skills we one alternate with experience in sales and business development. The person should have a good understanding of how business value, customer relationships and toa plant can be connected to issues relating to diversity, inclusion and skills provision.
We We would like the candidate to have a broad professional network and to be from one larger organisation.
Wethe composition of the board places we large wekt weto get one representation of skills, experience, sectors, company sizes and geographical representation.
Who can apply?
- If you are employed by a member company, you can nominate yourself or one candidate to the Nomination Committee.
- You have one a leading role within the management team or in a closely related capacity to the management team.
- InOnly candidates from member companies may hold positions of trust in the board.
- It is also possible to become a member of Diversity Charter Sweden and register your company as a member before the annual general meeting in order to be able to nominate one candidate.
What is expected of you?
You should expect to spend a minimum of 8 hours a month on board work, plus six board meetings.
Resources
The Board has one Secretary-General and one a full-time communications officer responsible for day-to-day operations and providing support the board including member services, communications, event planning and wess administration.
