Temat för årets Diversity Month är ”Framtidens arbetsliv genom inkludering och mångfald”. Vi kopplar det till senaste Fredagskunskapen om ”Inkluderande kommunikation – Hur kan bilder och texter vara inkluderande/exkluderande?”.

The regional meeting will continue the discussion on the concerns and questions raised in the last Friday Knowledge, where we talked about, among other things:

• Those who appear in the news media are largely representatives of successful leadership, such as successful athletes and business leaders, while children, families with children, the elderly and those with "visual impairments" are rarely or never seen.
• We also received concrete examples from member companies:
  • Samhall about their journey from being perceived as caring to emphasising the skills of their employees.
  • Essity pointed out that the foundation of their media strategy is the insight of Generation Y (born between 1981-1996), where 48 per cent are likely to support brands that show equal advertising and 8 out of 10 want brands to appeal to more than one person and ethnicity.

In small groups, you will have the opportunity to share your thoughts with others. There is also time for networking.
