We will meet in Umeå for an inspiring members' lunch that will be something special. We will be joined by our Secretary General Anna Carlsson Sigstedt, sharing thoughts on 15 years of Diversity Charter Sweden - and how together we continue to drive diversity and inclusion work forward.

Our host for the day is Jessica Eklund, Country Manager at Direkt Optik.

During lunch, you will have the opportunity to network, share experiences and discover new perspectives with other committed members. We'll even throw in a little extra sparkle and coffee to celebrate our 15th anniversary.

The topic of discussion for the members' lunch is based on the upcoming Friday Knowledge with the theme Pay Transparency Directive. The episode will also be recorded and available afterwards on our YouTube channel.

Programme for the members' meeting

11:30-12:00 | Check-in, mingle and lunch
12:00-12:45 | During lunch: short information about Diversity Charter Sweden and a summary of the day's topic. Discussions in small groups.
12:45-13:00 | Closing and summarising the discussions
