Welcome to an inspiring members' lunch in Malmö with a focus on mental health and well-being in working life - a theme we will explore in depth during EU Diversity Month.

Come and share your reflections, ask questions and learn from others' perspectives - while networking with other committed members!

Location

At our member organisation Duni Group at Hallenborgs gata 1 in Malmö.

Program

11:30-12:00 | Check-in, mingle and lunch: We start with a light lunch and the opportunity to greet new and familiar faces.

- Welcome by our member host DUNI Group with Linda Clarin Head of People & Culture Nordic.
- Short introduction to Diversity Charter Sweden with Anna Carlsson Sigstedt Secretary General Diversity Charter Sweden
- Short summary from Friday Knowledge with our new contact person in Skånegruppen: Veronicka Rajkovic, Senior Manager Payroll, Grant Thornton

12:00-12:30 | Small group discussions, preferably as Walk & Talk if weather and health permit.

12:30-13:00 | Joint summary, coffee/tea and closure.

We conclude by gathering thoughts from the groups and reflecting together:

• What are your main takeaways from today?
• What can you use in your organisation?
• What do you see as challenges in your organisation?
