Theme for the members' lunch:

AI is already an integral part of the way many organisations work, from recruitment to internal communications and customer service. But how do we ensure that it is used responsibly? And how can AI become a powerful tool to promote inclusion? During this Members' Lunch, we will build on the theme of last Friday's Knowledge and delve into the opportunities and risks of AI in the workplace, from a diversity and inclusion perspective.

• What do we really mean by 'responsible AI'?
• How do we build trust in AI-based tools in organisations?
• What are some examples of AI solutions that really make a difference?

What can you expect?

• 11:30-12:00: Check-in, mingle and lunch.
• 12:00-12:45: During lunch: welcome, short information about Diversity Charter Sweden and a summary of the day's topic. Discussion in small groups.
• 12:45-13:00: Closing and summarising the discussions.

• Organisations that want to try out membership.
