How can diversity and inclusion become a business advantage and not just a values issue?
Welcome to a breakfast seminar where we take a closer look at how companies actually work with the issue in practice - and what it can mean for your business. You will also meet others who are working on the same issues and want to take the next step in their work.
This morning's keynote speakers are Anna Carlsson Sigstedt, a native of Jönköping and Secretary General of Diversity Charter Sweden. With both warmth and clarity, she shares experiences from working with organisations around Sweden.

Anna Carlsson Sigstedt, Diversity Charter Sweden
Anna is the Secretary General of Diversity Charter Sweden and has been leading efforts to strengthen diversity and inclusion in Sweden for over seven years, as part of the world's largest network in the field. She emphasises the importance of exercising your ”diversity muscles”, actively challenging your perspectives, being curious about differences and daring to think in new ways. For Anna, diversity is not just about values, but about concrete action: creating environments where more perspectives are accommodated and where innovation can grow.

Cindie Ljungström, Stella Recruitment & Leadership
Cindie works with HR, organisation and leadership development. She has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Human Resources, as well as over ten years of experience in both strategic and operational HR work in large organisations. She has worked in a wide range of areas, from labour law and work environment to competence supply and cultural issues, always with a focus on creating value and giving organisations the best possible conditions to succeed.
Frida Grandt, Stella Recruitment & Leadership
Frida works with HR issues and recruitment. She has several years of experience in recruiting managers and specialists. She has also held several leadership roles in different industries, which gives her a broad expertise and an understanding of both business management and work groups. Frida is also passionate about community life and youth activities, which shows her great commitment to creating value both inside and outside of work.
