Friday Knowledge - EU Diversity Month 2025: mental health and well-being in the workplace

May 23 @ 8:30 am - 9:30 am

Fredagskunskap tema mental hälsa och välbefinnande på arbetsplatsen

How are mental health, physical activity and inclusion linked - and why is it business critical?

During this year's EU Diversity Month, we are focussing on mental health and well-being at work. A safe and inclusive workplace is a place where people feel good - both physically and mentally. In this Friday Knowledge, we explore how employers and employees can work together to create better conditions for mental health - and why it is an integral part of diversity and inclusion.

  • What can employers do to promote mental health?
  • How is well-being linked to diversity and inclusion?
  • Which initiatives make a difference - for real?
