1. What would you like to contribute to the Diversity Charter Sweden Board?
- I hope to contribute through a strong interest in Diversity and Inclusion, but also because I come with many years of experience and knowledge from the industry, a generally male-dominated and rather homogeneous sector with some challenges in the D&I area.
2. Why should a company join Diversity Charter Sweden?
- To gain access to a large network and inspiration and knowledge in D&I - an area that will be a success factor for all organisations going forward!
3. Unexpected feature?
- I am a passionate Hammarby fan and stand in the stands as often as I can!
