1. What would you like to contribute to the Diversity Charter Sweden Board?
- I hope to be able to contribute primarily with financial and accounting knowledge in my role as treasurer of the board, but also with my perspective from working for many years in medium-sized owner-managed companies.
2. Why should a company join Diversity Charter Sweden?
- I believe that most companies today have realised that D&I is an important component in driving development and profitability in companies. By joining the Diversity Charter, companies can gain inspiration, support and knowledge about how to work with diversity and inclusion in all parts of the business.
3. Unexpected feature?
- Lives largely on home-grown vegetables during the summer months.
