1. What would you like to contribute to the Diversity Charter Sweden Board?

I believe that, with my background in talent attraction and recruitment, I can contribute with insights on how to create conditions for diversity in organisations. How to build diversity work into your Employer Branding work. The tech industry has been very good at diversity from certain perspectives, while gender is something we as an industry have been working very actively on in recent years - an issue we at Tietoevry and I personally have been pushing both in large and small ways.

2. Why should a company join Diversity Charter Sweden?

To build knowledge and also to help spread knowledge. I also believe that these issues need to be pursued together, across organisational boundaries. DEI is good for business - the better we get as organisations at attracting and including competence, the more successful we will be. This is where I believe a network like the Diversity Charter can really make a difference.

3. Unexpected feature?

A fan of music quizzes - especially from the 80s, 90s and 00s. Gardening enthusiast with my own greenhouse where I grow both vegetables and flowers.
