1. What would you like to contribute to the Diversity Charter Sweden Board?
My ambition is to bring my experience from Accenture and other IT companies, where I lead Pride initiatives in Sweden, and combine it with my multicultural background to create understanding between cultures, strengthen collaborations and contribute to shared learning.

Companies should join Diversity Charter Sweden to get support and guidance in their work on diversity and inclusion. At the same time, they have the opportunity to learn from other committed member organisations and share experiences. It is a great platform for inspiration, learning and driving real change together.
3. Unexpected feature?
I strongly believe in trust-based relationships rather than transaction-based ones. It's a subtle but important distinction, and I've developed a good sense for recognising and navigating it.
