There are many themed days that effectively highlight more or less important issues. We have chosen to recognise 14 important diversity days.
The selection of diversity days has been based on:
-
- International days adopted by the UN/WHO.
-
- Days that recognise Sweden's five national minorities.
-
- That we are part of an EU network and will celebrate EU Day.
-
- The day should highlight one or more grounds for discrimination and aim to focus on increasing diversity and inclusion.
